Each customer declares with full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through Suara Store.
Pressing the "Pay" button during the buying process, the costumer declares fully and unreservedly accept all of these Terms and Conditions.
The information registered by Suara Store are proof of transactions between Suara Store and their costumers. Suara Store will confirm your order sending an email.
Contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
In the prices of our products are including all taxes but do not include transportation costs.
The minimum purchase is 1 € (without shipping costs or other expense).
Suara Store reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products are invoiced on the bases of the rates in force at the time of registration of order (based on product availability), except typographic error.
The products stays under the propriety of the provider until the time that has made full payment of the product.
Suara Store reserves the right to refuse an order for any costumer who has a lawsuit with the company.
Suara Store will do everything to please all their customers who demands their products.
In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been made the customer will be informed by mail of the cancellation.
Following this demand, the quickness of return in customer's bank account depends on the type of credit card and conditions of each bank. The time limit is specified again in the "Delivery" clause.
Card payment:The method of payment is by credit card. Bank cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express, Diners Card and Red 6000 .. The purchase price will be charged to customer's bank account in the next 4 days after the ordering and this will be effective upon confirmation of your agreement of the bank payment centers.
In the case of POS (Point of Sale) report the rejection of the card, will automatically cancel the order, reporting customer such cancellation on-line.
Paypal:In this mode, the payment will be charged according to the customer has contracted with paypal. In the same way refunds where the company has to make any payment will be made by the same route.
This mode has a cost to the customer of 3,4% + 0,35€ on the value of the purchase.
For your security Suara Store entrusted the payment system by credit card to merchant services.
The bank data entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank server, and then, are verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud.
This method of data entry is secured by SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) -128 bits, one of the most advanced and effective systems protection currently available. No third party will have access to the information of bank details entered by the customer.
Only the Bank and PayPal have access to bank data linked to these means of payment. Suara Store no knows neither registers such data recorded during the payment transaction.
The provider will send the products to the distribution storehouse, from where the products will leave to the final destination that the buyer set. Each time an order will be sent, the buyer will receive an email.
Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
The purchase order will be available in Suara Store, after the payment is confirmed, which may be visualized using the link "My Orders" when the email is sent. The original purchase includes transportation costs and VAT.
Store Suara ask their customers to choose the place of delivery, and the customer must specify your home, office or center where you want to deliver the product. Delivery is available in "Speeds".
Suara Store will inform order's output from the storehouse to the customer, by sending an email.
Each delivery is considered completed when the product is delivered to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the same. The customer must check the order at the time of delivery, to make reclamations. The customer may refuse the package if it were open or damaged.

All products sold may be returned after 14 days from the date of delivery according to "Ley de Comercio Minorista" spanish law.
Previously, the customer must indicate their intention by email. Suara Store will answer through another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned products, Suara Store verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to refund of the payment, less shipping costs, independently of the amount of the returned product.
The refund of the amount will be made through a voucher without expiration, shall be made among 7 days after the reception of the package by Suara Store.
The customer can check the status of their vouchers available in their Suara Store customer account.
If the products have been used, the refund will not be effective.
Products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by Suara Store with precise instructions sent by email to return the product.
In the case that the refund is not accepted by the provider because the products returned have been used, these products remain in the storehouse to be picked up by the customer for a period not exceeding 30 days from its return.
Must not be returned packages in which the sender is not identified (order number, name, address, ...).
The costs and risks associated with the returning of the product will be charged to the sender, who must be sent securely and with the necessary guarantees for the return package arrives in perfect conditions.
Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing of their refund.
Guarantees and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. According to this law, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer products which comply with the contract, responding against him for any lack of conformity. The consumer has the right to repair the product, a replacement, a price reduction or termination of contract.
RESPONSIBILITY, LAWSUITS AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Suara Store could not be held responsible for non-compliance of contract in case of lack of stock or product unavailability, force majeure, walkout total or partial, in particular postal services and transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of lawsuit, the member shall be addressed in priority to Suara Store for an amicable solution.
Madrid Courts have exclusive jurisdiction. These general conditions of sale are interpreted in Spanish language and carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute which may born in connection with the validity, interpretation or performance shall be presented to the Courts of Madrid, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Suara Store reserves the right to modify the terms of sale without notice and may change, delete or add content and services provided through it as the way in which these appear presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the customer each time you make a purchase effective through Suara Store page.
Members of the "Suara Store Private Community" that do not conform with the amendments to the General Conditions, shall notify and, from the date on which the new version will be effective, should stop using the services of Suara Store . In the case of any terms of the General Conditions were illegal shall be null and void and will be applied as agreed by the parties and failing grounds in the Spanish Civil Code.
